The job location for the post is Kamaladi, Kathmnadu. The main job responsibilities:
- Applicant will work in project and team management.
- S/ he will travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations and clients meetings.
- S/ he will create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist CAD applications.
- S/ He will write and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
- S/ He will make sure the project is running according to the schedule and budget.
- Must have an analytical mind with excellent problem solving ability.
- Must have strong mathematical skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Must have high levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
- Must have the willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure.
- Must have own two wheelers or valid driving license
Must have Bachelor's Degree in Architect.
