Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer needs, defining the market, and setting targeted market share goals.
  • Build and expand a robust network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
  • Consistently reach assigned area targets and goals.
  • Monitor team performance, providing motivation to ensure targets are met.
  • Submit daily visit reports and regular expense statements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, distributors, painters, and media partners.
  • Strategize to drive sales, even in challenging market conditions.
  • Provide timely updates to management to support report compilation.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies with clear objectives as set by management.
  • Supply essential data to the Country Sales Manager for effective budget control.
  • Recommend new products, packaging, and services by surveying client needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Education Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  •  At least 3 years of proven experience as ASM, Asst. ASM, Sr. Sales Officer, and previous experience in the Paints manufacturing company will be an added advantage
