Bakery Trainer is teaching role that is responsible for the effective training of all trainees, validating the quality of completed bakes, and providing support to the Head Chef for all class tasks and activities.
Duties & The Responsibilities:
- Owns and is responsible for the overall execution of the Baker Training Program.
- Manage Inventory needed for training sessions and place orders as needed.
- Conduct lessons for 2 hours in each shift.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of all products and ingredients during the training session.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all the required tasks and expectations.
Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelors Degree in Hospitality ot Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
Should be able to prepare and train students on the 50 Dishes included in our Bakery Training Course.
