Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Lead Follow-Up:

  • Proactively reach out to merchant leads via phone and email.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up schedule to nurture leads and gather essential information.

• Vendor Communication:

  • Establish effective communication with vendors to understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings for the Business Development team with potential clients.

• Identifying Potential Clients:

  • Utilize social media platforms to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to uncover new business opportunities.

• Issue Resolution & Order Creation:

  • Promptly resolve issues raised by merchants to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams for seamless issue resolution.
  • Accurately create orders in Hermes as provided by merchants.
