• Facilitate clients/lead communication.
• Develop proposals for existing company products/services as per the requirements of client.
• Coordinate with and bring results from the Sales and Marketing team, Technical team and ensure administration of fruitful ideas.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Identify new areas of business development, make research about it and develop a ready-to-implement strategy for the same.
• Formulate marketing and sales plan and facilitate execution of strategy.
• Undertake competitor analysis and propose new business strategies.
• Represent the company in various events, socializing events and other activities and facilitate in promotion and branding of company, its products/ services.

• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Supervisory and negotiation skills with good convincing ability
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Positive attitude and high zeal to learn
• Excellent verbal (English and Nepali) and written communication skills (English)

• Bachelor's Degree preferably with specialization in Marketing.
