Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance strategy for Captive Power Plants (CPP), diesel generation, and power systems to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor Utility Systems: Continuously oversee utility systems to guarantee efficient operations, promptly troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Develop Maintenance Programs: Create and enforce preventive maintenance programs for central utility equipment, ensuring reliability, longevity, and adherence to manufacturer recommendations.

Conduct Proactive Inspections: Perform routine inspections and equipment checks, swiftly identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to prevent unplanned outages.

Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies regarding utility operations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Optimize Processes: Actively identify and implement opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in utility operations.
