Born in Tandrang, Gorkha, a rural part of Nepal, Mr. Bhaban Bhatta was raised with great values and respect for his Nation. After spending his childhood and a part of youth in Gorkha, he went on to pursue a college degree at Tokyo, Japan. There, he got a chance to learn a lot about business culture and development strategies which a developed country like Japan was employing. After witnessing the working culture in Japan for some years, Mr. Bhaban Bhatta became the founder chairman of TBi Holdings, a business conglomerate. Eventually, thanks to Mr. Bhatta’s persistent pursuit of growth, exploration, and success, along with his values that cultivated his vision to work hard for the betterment of his home country, TBi Group Nepal Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 16th July in 2008.

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role.
- Candidates must be from journalism background.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Must have completed Master's Degree
