job description
- Should have knowledge in Project Cost Forecasting, Indirect Taxation, Contracts and Claim Management
- Project cost controlling, Risk estimation and forecasting, LC finalization, BG and securing Project risk.
- Execution of Commercial, Financial, Tax, Insurance, Legal Tasks and representation to Customer
- Cash flow, Invoicing and account receivable management of the projects
- Collaboration with cross functions and service departments for drafting and negotiation of important sub contracts and consortium agreements
- Monitoring project progress to achieve timely dispatches and consequently cash realization & risk minimization
- knowledge & expertise in central excise, customs, export and import sales tax/vat directives and Foriegn exchange management
- All correspondence of commercial and contracual matters with customers & consortium partners
Education description
- MBA/CA/LLB with minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience.
