RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Engagement: Attract potential customers by answering product queries and recommending additional products.
• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain customer records with accurate transactional information.
• Sales Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of sales techniques.
• Problem Escalation: Promptly escalate issues to higher departments and managers.
• Team Education: Inform and educate team members about issues and implement actions based on discussions.
• Task Management: Prioritize and handle tasks handed over by other shifts effectively.
• KPI Responsibility: Ensure adherence to departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Daily Reporting: Prepare daily product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate effective coordination within the overall team department.
