Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our real estate team as a Content Creator & Digital Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will combine your content creation expertise with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage our online presence, engage with clients, and showcase properties.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn.
  • Create visually appealing posts, videos, and stories to highlight properties, team updates, and industry news.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach.

2. Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties for listings and promotional purposes.
  • Write compelling captions, property descriptions, and blog content for marketing.
  • Stay updated on trends in real estate marketing and incorporate them into content strategies.

3. Client Communication & Phone Support

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide detailed information about property listings and assist clients with their needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for property tours.

4. Property Showcasing

  • Host virtual and in-person property tours, presenting features in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Build relationships with potential buyers or renters during property showings.

5. Website Management

  • Maintain and update the company’s website with current property listings, blog posts, and announcements.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to enhance site functionality when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
  • Knowledge of real estate platforms (e.g., MLS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in real estate marketing or property management.
  • SEO knowledge to improve website visibility.
  • Understanding of social media advertising and analytics.
