The vacancy is for the post of Correspondence Officer and females more Preferred. He/ She will have below listed job responsibilities:

• Responding query of clients with suitable and personalized steps.
• Building strong connection with Hotels & Airlines.
• Maximizing sales by enthusiastically answering client’s enquiries and convincing them to join the trip.
• Keeping records of every booking and co-ordinate with the operation manager.
• Planning and research on building good relation with clients.
• Working for sister company too when needed.

• The applicant with one or more years of experience on tourism field is preferred.
• The applicant should have admirable communication skills.
• The applicant should have smoothness in writing and reading English (preference would be given to fluent in Nepali and Hindi too).
• The applicant should be flexible to work on any hours if needed on holiday as well.
• The applicant should have qualified and sensitive nature in dealing with clients.
• The applicant should work in a team with mutual co-operation and team spirit.
• The applicant should be travel devotee and enthusiastic to travel when needed.

• Bachelor's Degree completed or running.
