Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert guidance to students and candidates on study abroad or employment opportunities.
• Advise clients in selecting the most suitable courses, universities, or job placements based on their profiles.
• Conduct in-depth one-on-one counseling sessions to thoroughly understand clients' needs and preferences.
• Oversee the entire application process, including document collection, verification, and timely submission.
• Stay continuously updated on visa regulations, admission requirements, and job market trends to provide accurate information.
• Ensure seamless client experiences by following up throughout the application or placement process.
• Maintain precise records of all client interactions and progress for efficient tracking.
• Collaborate proactively with other departments to guarantee client satisfaction.
