- Offer clients advice on study abroad options, paperwork, obtaining a visa, and other relevant topics.
- Evaluate customer profiles and suggest suitable educational programs and routes.
- Help customers prepare the paperwork they'll need for visa, scholarship, and admissions applications.
- Keep abreast on immigration rules, visa regulations, and international education systems.
- Keep up solid ties with clients, consulates, and educational institutions.
- Give seminars and presentations to inform them about the options that are accessible.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster trust and guarantee satisfaction.
An experienced and trained counselor is needed by ACM Global Education to help clients and students navigate their educational paths. A proactive person with strong communication abilities and a desire to assist others in realizing their dreams is needed for this position.
- Education: Finished a bachelor's degree. Candidates with a Master's degree will be given preference.
- Experience: Two years or more in counseling or related positions in an education consulting firm.
- Counseling certification (if available).
