job description
- He/She will be responsible for providing customer support service.
- Must have to deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.
Job Specification
- Should possess at least 6 months of experience in a Call Center.
- Inbound Call Center
- Should have good command in English (Spoken and Written)
- Its American campaign so you have to deal with american customers ,
- Should be able to do night shifts.
Education description
- Must have intermediate level pass.
