Himalaya Info Services, estd. 2017, is a fast growing private limited company involved in real estate and IT services in the UK and Nepal. Currently we have a strength of 17 staffs - 12 in Nepal and 5 in the UK. Our main areas of business are, among others, - Provide IT services to clients - Acquire land and develop for resale. We are based in Taukhel, Godawari, Lalitpur.

job description
- Search for low value and underdeveloped properties in and around London using various tools
- Analyze the site for potential development
- Prepare deals summary for every site found
- Meet a monthly target set by the company
- Will be working with online maps and various applications to search and analyze building sites in The UK.

- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality environment
- Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company’s standards
- Effectively communicate and manage client’s expectations throughout the development process.

- Good knowledge of computer application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and should know how to make online searches and map searches efficiently

Education description
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university in any field (preferably Computer Science or IT) and 1 year of work experience.
