This is a full-time, on-site position for an Employee Engagement Specialist - HR at Chaudhary Group, Kathmandu. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies, driving positive employee relations across the organization. As a key HR professional, you will be responsible for creating a thriving work culture by designing and executing initiatives that elevate employee morale, boost satisfaction, and enhance retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of event management or marketing experience.
- Preferred: HR professionals with a focus on employee engagement.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational development skills.
