- Advanced proficiency in fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in planning and overseeing fiber optic projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Google Maps for mapping and data management tasks.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise and mentor a team of technicians.
- Meticulous attention to detail in conducting quality control inspections, enforcing safety protocols and adhering to industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for maintaining accurate documentation and preparing detailed reports.

Job Specification
- Lead and supervise a team of fiber optic technicians, ensuring efficient operations.
- Perform advanced fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting both in the field and at customer locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the fiber optics network using mapping software as required.
- Schedule and delegate work assignments based on priority and team members' skill sets.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to foster high performance and skill development within the team.
- Plan and oversee fiber optic installation and maintenance projects effectively.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to align objectives and timelines.
- Enforce adherence to industry standards and best practices for fiber optic installation and maintenance.
- Utilize OTDRs, power meters, fusion splicers, and other testing equipment proficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures consistently.
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of fiber optic tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring proper maintenance.
