- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, order arranging.
- Maintaining a sufficient record of office supplies
- Provide office support so as to ensure efficiency
- Take Customer orders and pack them and make them ready to dispatch
- Follow Up the costumers via phone calls and manage the routes for the Before Delivery

- Must have completed +2 level
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have multi-tasking ability
