The involvement of the firm includes high profiled projects in roads, bridges, dams, water supplies, buildings, hydro power, irrigation etc. Besides different Government Departments, Municipalities, Local Consultants, and Industrialists, our regular clients include many International consultants and organizations from various parts of the world such as World Bank, ADB, Exim Bank, USAID and JICA. Since the inception, the Firm was ever expanding and updating with the latest technological developments and still look forward to expand in multi- disciplinary areas. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 with strong drafting and detailing skills for civil engineering projects.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural designs.

Knowledge of structural reinforcement, building codes, and detailing best practices.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

For full-time drafters: 1–2 years of solid experience in reputable architectural/engineering firms.

For interns: Training or coursework exposure in AutoCAD is sufficient; passion and commitment to learning are expected.

Prepare detailed AutoCAD 2D drawings for complex structural and non-structural components of residential and civil engineering projects.

Develop reinforcement layout detailing including plan, elevation, cross-sections, and structural elements.

Draft working drawings under the guidance of senior civil engineers using AutoCAD 2018.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with engineering standards in all deliverables.

Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate design changes efficiently.
For both positions:
• Sub-Overseer, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Formal training or certification in AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and technical drawing concepts is essential.

Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid and updated driving license.

Candidates should be able to work from the Kathmandu office full-time.
