1. Facilitate HR Policy administration and ensure that HR policy has been adhered to and compiled with by all staff. Ensure timely advice to senior management.
2. Develop organization strategies by identiying and researching human resources issues ; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to organizations strategic thinking and directions establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
3. Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing , compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, social compliance and labor relations.
4. Responsible for managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, mentoring, counseling and disciplining staffs; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions ,maintaing compensations, determining productivity, quality and accumulating resources and implementing change.
5. Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends and variances; aligning monetary resources, developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results and initiating corrective actions.
6. Ensure effective use of HRIS data in facilitating HR committe meetings to support effective decision making.
Candidate must have MBA degree with specialization in Human Resources Management/Operation Management
