Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Operations:
● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
● Design and enforce company policies, SOPs, and systems to reduce dependency on individuals.
● Implement a structured approach to dress code, customer service standards, and staff behavior.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
● Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to ensure a high-performing workforce.
● Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and career development plans.
● Oversee salary revisions, promotions, and rewards policies.

3. Employee Engagement and Development:
● Foster a collaborative and productive workplace environment to reduce groupism and promote teamwork.
● Organize training programs to enhance staff managerial, operational, and customer service skills.
● Build mechanisms to address employee grievances and promote professional behavior.

4. Compliance and Administration:
● Maintain punctuality, attendance, and scheduling standards across branches.
● Oversee and optimize staff reporting mechanisms, ensuring accurate customer feedback and reports.
● Implement digital systems for payroll, financial reporting, and attendance tracking.

5. Branch Support and Leadership:
● Collaborate with branch leaders to strengthen leadership skills and operational management.
● Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and identify areas for improvement. |
● Ensure seamless communication between branches and the main office.
 

Education description

Education Qualification and Experience
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the service or healthcare sector
