Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct comprehensive internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Assess compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of audit recommendations.
• Develop and execute detailed audit plans across various companies and departments at the group level.
• Review and analyze books of accounts and financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential issues and integrate them into the annual audit plan.
• Ensure all internal audits are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to internal audit standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain strict compliance with internal audit standards, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with all levels of the organization to drive audit success.
