Key Responsibilities
The IT Assistant will support the school’s technology operations with the following key responsibilities:
- Website Management: Ensure timely updates and maintenance of the school’s website to keep information accurate and current.
- Social Media Management: Actively post and update content to highlight school events, enhancing online presence while collaborating with the marketing team.
- Networking and IT Support: Maintain campus connectivity by managing network setups, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Smartboard Operations: Oversee the functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance of smartboards to support seamless classroom learning.
- School Apps Administration: Provide technical assistance and management for applications used by staff, students, and parents.
- Hardware & Software Support: Perform hardware repairs, software updates, and system installations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Education Qualification and experience
- Higher Secondary ( +2/ A Levels/ IB), preferably graduate
- More than or Equal to 1 year of experience in the related field
