- Properly greet and welcome guest
- Answering all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages accordingly.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all the necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Address the queries of customers and help solve them.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Receive letter, packages and distribute them to the concerned person.
