- Identify, scope and architect solutions for new features in a single system while understanding implications on adjacent systems
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to efficiently solve problems and capitalize on new opportunities
- Conduct peer review before committing to the code repository
- Diagnose and fix deep technical issues
- Identify and communicate cross-team dependencies
- Consistently deliver timely, high quality, and maintainable solutions
- Curious and eager to learn about new technology, our systems, and the industry at large.
Job Specification
- 1+ years of industry development experience.
- Experience in building web applications and MVC frameworks such as Laravel.
- Proficiency in an object oriented or functional programming language (PHP 8+, Javascript)
- Experience with development collaboration tools (e.g. Trello, Git).
- Has a solid software development foundation implementing design patterns, OOPs, and coding best practices.
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle: architecture and development, thorough testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
