job description
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to prescribed procedures.
- Set up machines to start a production cycle, adjusting settings as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machinery during operation to detect any abnormalities or malfunctions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including machine logs, production reports, and quality control records.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
