job description
- Develop and forecast spares parts and lube requirement as per vehicle population.
- Analyze ordering process with the help of check list.
- Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels based on vehicle population.
- Timely review of over stock and non-moving parts to maintain inventory level of workshops.
- Ensure settlement of consignment deviation
- Monitor and conduct daily perpetual physical verification and ensure for settlement of discrepancy as per spare parts policy.
- Timely Reconcile purchase received and transfer document.
- Ensure that parts are stored correctly so as to prevent damage and loss.Proper supervision and monitoring of subordinates and put effort for development and recommend for training if
- necessary.
- Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- Timely conducting staff performance and reviews.

Education description
- Master's Degree in Management/Automobile/Mechanical Engineer with 4 years of experience or
- Diploma in Automobile with 7 years of experience
