Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain a loyal customer base.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to drive results.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement.
Education Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Background in BTL Marketing, event management, report writing, and at least 5 years of proven experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and FMCG background will be preferable.
