We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Outbound Tour Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing outbound tours for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of travel logistics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tour Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop comprehensive tour itineraries, considering client preferences, budget constraints, and destination requirements.
    • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tours.
    • Stay updated on travel trends, destination attractions, and industry developments to enhance tour offerings.
  2. Client Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing travel information, and offering professional guidance throughout the tour planning process.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and tailor tour packages accordingly.
  3. Logistics Management:

    • Arrange transportation, accommodations, and other logistical details to meet client expectations and ensure a smooth travel experience.
    • Monitor and manage changes to itineraries, including last-minute adjustments or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Documentation and Compliance:

    • Prepare and organize all necessary travel documentation, including visas, travel insurance, and other relevant paperwork.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international travel regulations and standards.
  5. Financial Management:

    • Develop and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality services.
    • Handle financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  6. Customer Satisfaction:

    • Solicit feedback from clients post-tour and use insights to continuously improve service quality.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
