Responsibity and task to do:

1. Parts and Lube sales target (Daily)

• Achieve of part sales target from defined branch.
• Insure atlease 10% achivement from lost customer and 105 from local workshop/part retailers.
• Generate the inquiry and conversion of rock breaker sales and attachments.

2. Customer Visit : (Weekly)

• Lost customer and local workshop visit plan, Demonstration of focus parts and other promotin schemes.
• Ensure all lost customer and covered on quarterly basis. 
• Brief/ explain customer about schemes/activities and genuine parts benefits.
• Maintain updated customers database in ERP to update new non-genuine, spurious parts supplier data in ERP customer database.
• Collect CSI from identified customer based on our standard format.
• Formulate an action plan against  the CSI.

3. Campaigns : (As per Plan)

• Conduct the campaign as per monthly plan given by HO.
• Demonstrate of genuine vs non- genuine parts to customer/operator who attend the campaign.
• Venue identification and inventory for the campaign.
• Transfer marketing material to the branch.
• Host the event.
• Phone followup to customer.

4. Debtor Collection:

• Visit customer as assigned by BM And BC for debtor collection as in when required.
• Ensure all the supporting documents are taken during the debtor collection visit.
• Ensure proper account reconciliation is done during visit to customer and ensure 100% collection after his visit.

5.Competitor data collection: (Monthly)

• Quarterly data collection for spare parts prices and local parts.
• Share the report of JCB Vs competitor, local spare parts price to HO 
• Update compitetion activities in respective branch and escalate it to HO.

6. Dead Stock : (Monthly)

• Ensure all protective service engineers, coordinator's , customer's are aware of dead stock parts.
• Ensure liquidation of non moving parts by contacting BW machines.

7. Reports : (Daily/Every Thursday)

• Daily visits and sales reports to be shared to BM and BC on daily basis.
• Weekly visit/ Sales Report to HO.

8. Other Job : (As and when required)

• Additional jobs assigned by reporting manager.

Bike holder with License ( Mandatory).

Qualification: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer/ B. Tech/ Diploma in Automobile
