Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adept private tutor (tuition tutor) to deliver personalized educational support to preschool children. Our emphasis is on cultivating a comprehensive learning journey that extends beyond traditional textbooks. We highly prioritize extracurricular activities such as dancing, singing, and various sports, recognizing them as essential elements in a child's overall growth. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about integrating these activities into their teaching methodology, fostering a holistic and enriching learning atmosphere for our young learners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions at students' homes.
• Aid students in mastering challenging concepts and meeting academic objectives.
• Develop tailored lesson plans aligned with each student's learning style and goals.
• Apply effective teaching techniques and utilize resources to maximize learning results.
• Cultivate a supportive and motivating learning atmosphere to foster student development.
• Monitor student progress closely, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians to update them on student performance and promptly address any concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluency in the English language is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in the subjects you will be tutoring, especially Mathematics and Science, is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Candidates must demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and effective time management are imperative.
• The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students is crucial.
