Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
• Enforce and uphold company procurement policies and procedures.
• Review, compare, and approve products and services focusing on quality and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate purchase and pricing records are maintained.
• Continuously update and manage supplier information, including qualifications, delivery schedules, and product offerings.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Conduct thorough research and evaluation of potential suppliers.
• Prepare comprehensive budgets, cost analyses, and reports to support decision-making.
