Project: Water Supply and Civil Work related Construction Project

Location: Kathmandu

Job Description:  

1. The Resource Personnel shall work in the capacity of the Project Manager for the said services and shall be stationed at Project office and shall be responsible to the employer to carry out the Management of the subject project.

2.  Following duties shall be conducted by the Resource Personnel in the capacity of the project manager in the project site.

• Preparation of daily work programme of the work activities.
• Preparation of interim payment certificate of the project of the completed works.
• Submission of  Correspondence letters to the project consultant/project client
• Preparation of technical documents related to revision of design, revised Schedule and working drawings for site construction works.
• Preparation of claim documents arose during the construction phase.
• Conduction of site meeting with project consultant/Project client regarding site issues.
• Preparation of agreements for sublet parties.
• Checking, Verification and Approval of weekly financial status report of site.
• Site supervision and monitoring for quality control of works.
• Appointment of manpower/staff for the site as per site requirement.
• Checking, verification and approval of all site expenses incurred.
• Making of decisions regarding site administrations like leave of staff/ rewards for staff/ entertainment to staff/ mobilization of staff/ demobilization of staff.
• Preparation of Monthly progress report.
• Co-ordinate subordinate to prepare relevant documents like claim statement, interim payment certificates, quotations etc

• Should have minimumn 10-15 years experience in related field.

• Bachelor's Degree
