Oversee all site construction activities (civil, hydro-mechanical, and electro-mechanical)

Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with consultants and head office

Ensure compliance with project design, safety, and quality standards

Supervise project teams and subcontractors for timely completion

BE Civil / MSc in Hydropower Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hydropower construction

Must have successfully completed at least one hydropower project of 40 MW+ including tunnel works
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Hydropower Engineering

Proven leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and multitasking capability

Willingness to stay at the project site full-time
