Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue growth and channel profitability.
- Achieve company targets for revenue and annual growth through strategic execution and market optimization.
- Create and execute agile route-to-market (RTM) plans to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency.
- Appoint, manage, and maintain strong relationships with channel and trade partners, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to meet evolving demands and accurate forecasting.
- Lead with high energy, eagerness to learn, and strong relationship management skills, fostering team success and collaboration.
