With a monthly production capacity of about 350 MT of Non-ferrous alloys at it’s various plants in Nepalgunj, we have come a long way since our inception. job description
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and direct them to appropriate person and office.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Receive, Sort and Forward mails /deliveries to concerned department and recipients.
- Answering the basic queries of visitors and customers accurately, clearly and timely in-person, through phone and via emails.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
- Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, documentation management, couriers,etc.
- Any other work as assigned by the management.
Job Specification
- Must have good command over English & Nepali Language.
- Must have knowledge of Newari language shall be additional advantage.
- Must have the excellent writen and verbal communications skills.
- Must have the excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications like word, excel etc.
- Must be able to type in Nepali will be given preference.
- Must be able to work in a team as well as individually.
- Well conversed with the Internet and Social Media and be able to apply creativity to work.
