Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions and projects.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
* Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Coordinate with project heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
