job description
- Manage the screening and testing of potential applicants.
- Manage all recruitment advertising including posting, updating and monitoring ads for both HLE Sydney and Nepal.
- Maintain contact with recruitment candidates including initial phone screening, invites to interviews, follow up conversations and info night invitations.
- Assist in the development of assessments/exams.
- Conducting reference check for HLE Nepal.
- Conducting resume searches for suitable candidates (Seek Premium, Indeed, Linked In).
- Conduct outbound phone calls for prospective candidates for Broker roles and other roles as needed.
- Respond to messages in HLE Facebook page in regards to hiring.
- Update Career Page on HLE Nepal’s website.
- Providing timely feedback to candidates and maintaining google drive for recruitment
- Prepare and Post open positions in job portals.
- Prepare offer letters for candidates.
