Marina Vaptzarova is seeking to employ a Retail Sales In-charge for our showroom/shop in Babar Mahal Revisited, Kathmandu.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Retail Sales In-charge will assist in day-to-day activities in our showroom/shop, maintain and develop customer relationships and uphold Marina Vaptzarova Standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer service.
- Ensure shop and products are kept clean and in good condition.
- Good display of products.
- Maintain high product knowledge and be able to explain to clients.
- Handle customer requests.
- Manage stock levels and orders from the workshop.
- Be responsible for the submission of correct daily accounts.

- SLC pass.
Other Specific Requirement
- Should be able to work according to our shop hours (11am-8pm), weekends and public holidays according to a shift roster.
- The Retail Sales In-Charge will benefit from sales commissions on top of the basic salary.
