• Counselling customers about our product.
• Analyzing questionnaires.
• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits.
• Assisting with promotional activities.
• Work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, sales and distribution.

• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
• Must have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
• Must have the strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
• Must have the willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
