- Maintain and increase sales of your company's products.
- Reach the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establish, maintain and expand your customer base.
- Provide the needs of your existing customers.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Recruit and train sales staff.
- Allocate areas to sales representatives.
- Develop sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitor your team, performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Deal with possible some major customer accounts by self.
- Collect customer feedback and market research.
- Report to senior managers.
- Keep up to date with products and competitor.
Job Specification
- Have willingness to learn and capable to work with team spirit with a demanding workload.
- Have strong commercial awareness and understanding.
- Have 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical or automotive electric field of vehicles/motorcycles.
- Must be pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal and have communication skills.
- Must be good command in both English and Nepali (written and spoken).
- Must be able to manage all the sales works.
- Must be proficient in operating computer packages.
- Must be goal-getter, extrovert, energetic, self-initiative and ambitious.
Education description
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in sales and marketing management will be an added advantage.
