About Us: REPL Solutions is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our software marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our software solutions through strategic marketing efforts.

Job Overview: As the Sales & Marketing Manager (Software), you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our software portfolio. You will conduct detailed market research to generate actionable insights, collaborate with various teams, and ensure the effective marketing of our software products across multiple channels.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends in School Management Solutions, identifying customer needs, pain points, and buying objections.
  • Buyer Persona Development: Identify decision-makers within our target audience and develop buyer personas for targeted marketing messages.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies using content marketing, paid advertising, and social media marketing to promote our software solutions.
  • Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and control the budget for campaigns and product launches.
  • Goal Setting: Define key marketing activities and objectives to drive new customer acquisition and retain existing users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, social media, and copywriting teams to establish clear product positioning and messaging.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day promotional activities, ensuring consistency and quality of marketing assets (e.g., copy, blog content, social media posts, product leaflets).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including industry thought leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing analytics and report on ROI for various initiatives to senior leadership.

 

Education description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in software marketing projects (B2B and SaaS marketing experience is advantageous).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and keen attention to detail.
