Biocomp Nepal is looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced full time Sales Officer. In this position, you will have full day-to-day (6 days a week) activities for the sales and marketing of Biocomp Nepal. The Sales officer will be working from our office in Khokana, Lalitpur and be travelling on his/her own motorbike on a daily basis throughout the KTM valley. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• You will work in the sales & marketing department and are responsible for reaching the monthly sales targets set by management.
• You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, by using the appropriate acquisition methods such as cold canvas telephone sales, direct marketing, advertisements and visiting trade fairs and agricultural conventions throughout Nepal.
• You will be responsible to follow up old customers and maintain good customer relationships under the Biocomp Nepal name.
• You will be responsible for the monthly sales reporting process, i.e. manage the data entry in the sales order administration, have frequent progress meetings with the Sales & Marketing Manager in the head office and provide monthly sales reports.
• Responsible for sales and distribution/ Payment Collection.

Candidate profile

In order to become Sales Officer of Biocomp Nepal,

• You should have a proactive, positive, ‘go get’ attitude.
• You should have a good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• You should own a Motor Bike & Driving Licence.

• Must have minimum +2/ Intermediate or bachelor running in any discipline (Preferably bachelors in marketing specialized)

Remuneration

We will provide the Sales Officer of Biocomp Nepal:

• A Monthly salary (Basic & bonus) of Rs 23,000, subject to income tax.
• A Biocomp telephone sim card with Nrs700/month.
• All Travelling costs will be reimbursed.
