Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, both individually and within the team.
• Network with new and existing dealers in the territory, fostering strong relationships.
• Drive the development of distributors, dealers, and new sales channels for company products.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and sales orders.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets set by the sales manager.
• Organize and participate in marketing events to boost brand awareness.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers by offering support, guidance, and service enhancements.
• Contribute to the creation of the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Assist the marketing manager with day-to-day marketing activities.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across various media (social, print, etc.).
• Submit daily visit reports and regular expense statements.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies with clear objectives and targets as set by management.
• Provide essential information to the marketing manager to ensure effective budget control.

Education Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience: Above 2 years as a sales officer and previous experience in the paint manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
