Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets across assigned territories.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance market share and ensure the growth of Yak Brewing products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product visibility and placement by expanding distribution channels and optimizing store displays.
• Conduct training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activations to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
