We are looking for Inside Sales – Associate Academic Counselor to reach out to enquiring candidates about IIDE’s Digital Marketing Courses. Required Experience and Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of work experience
● Fluent Written & Spoken English & Nepali Language Skills
● Should be dedicated, efficient, and highly motivated
● Excellent Telecom and Computer skills
● Graduate/ Diploma Holder
● Job Commitment: 2 years
● Age 23 years +

Other Specific Requirement

Responsibilities and Duties:
● Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
● Calling students from a given database for lead generation (to be recorded on the computer Daily)
● Strong follow-ups with interested students
● Complete daily, weekly, and monthly targets
● Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals for shorter courses
● WhatsApp Sales Communication
● Will be given additional responsibilities when needed.

Expected deliverables/KPIs :
● Minimum 60-80 connected calls a day.
● Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently as per the batch requirements.
● 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average.
