Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to seamless onboarding.
Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts, while ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
