• Overseeing the installation of hardware and software, 
• Policy creation, testing and implementation 
• Providing the technology infrastructures for an organization and contributing to organizational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning in IT. 
• Overall in-charge for operations of SAP software. Follow up with every department on the progress & usage of SAP. 
• Train, support and solve operational issues & problems related to SAP.
• They must cooperate with thorough background checks and also be willing to provide, at a minimum, a 5 year commitment to the company. This is to ensure that effective use is made of the training and investment the company will make into the selected candidate, and for continuity in a critical department. 
• The candidate must also agree, in writing, to train their subordinates
• They are responsible to train their replacement with 6 months prior notice period - in the case of departure from the company.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

The individuals must have advanced knowledge of networks and servers, of all matters related to computer operations and finally knowledge of programming languages and their logic. Must be graduated, in computer science or engineering with additional professional certifications. Priority will be given to individuals with prior work experience – especially ThinkClients, policy creation and handling, server setup, operation and maintenance and software implementation. Some experience in fringe areas of I.T. will also be considered. 

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of working experience in IT department of reputed organization for Sr. Officer and 1 Years for Assistant Officer.
• Excellent written and communication skill.
• Fluent in spoken & written English with good oratory skills.
• Willing to work during odd hours and even during holidays (when necessary) 

NOTE: Since the systems are critical to the company and at the heart of our operations, and the position is for the personnel who shall be handed great responsibilities - candidates must demonstrate good character and long term prospects.
