job description
- Ensure high quality of work and care for customer’s safety to improve CSI.
- Improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Improve CSI, RDI or any other customer satisfaction related scores.
- Communicate customer satisfaction service standards to all team members and work accordingly.
- Resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the company.
- Monitor and take correction actions based on the workshop performance report.
- Initiate safety and security procedures that results in a safe and attractive work environment.
- Control workshop process effectively, ensure workshop work is completed on time.
- Ensure First time right (FTR) in the workshop.
- Maintain service equipment in effective and safe working condition.
- Work as per Service SOP.
Job Specification
- Must have the sound technical knowledge of service and spare parts.
- Must have knowledge of service & spares business.
- Must have knowledge of 2 Wheeler industry.
Education description
- Diploma level passed.
