Gurukul Academy Lamahi seeks a dedicated and passionate Social Studies Teacher to join our academic team. Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum, ensuring they cater to the educational needs of students while effectively managing the classroom.

• Student Assessment: Design and administer assessments to accurately evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback and support to facilitate student improvement, collaborating with colleagues as necessary.

• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to remain updated with diverse teaching methodologies and best practices in social studies education.

• Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

• Extracurricular Activities: Support and actively participate in school activities such as history fairs, model United Nations, and other extracurricular programs related to social studies.

• Administrative Tasks: Maintain precise records of student attendance, grades, and other necessary documentation to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

• Education:

• Experience:

  • Prior teaching experience, particularly in a high school environment is highly preferred.
